Poster Presentation Guide: Siloam Cardiac Summit 2026

Welcome to the scientific presentation gallery. This year, we are utilizing high-definition digital displays to showcase your research. Both the formal moderated sessions and the informal poster walks will take place within the Poster Hall (Exhibition Area).

  1. Moderated Oral Sessions

High-scoring abstracts presented to a panel of experts using your digital poster.

  • Venue: Poster Hall (Designated Corner).
  • Visual Aid: Digital Poster. You will present directly from your digital poster displayed on a 65-inch LED screen.
  • Format: A formal presentation followed by a Q&A session with a panel of experts.
  • Schedule: Please refer to your individual acceptance email for your specific time slot.
  • Note: Presenters should arrive at the designated corner 5 minutes before their scheduled time.

  1. Traditional Poster Walk

Informal peer-to-peer discussion and networking.

  • Venue: Poster Hall (LED screens along the perimeter).
  • Format: Peer-to-peer interaction. Authors stand by their assigned LED boards to discuss their work with attendees.
  • Timing: These sessions take place during scheduled coffee breaks and between sessions.
  • People's Choice Award: During these breaks, fellow participants and attendees will walk through the hall to view the posters and vote for their favorites. Make sure to be at your station to engage with the voters!
